Schedule a Groupon consultation with Slim Fit Beauty Med to discuss your goals and what you want to accomplish. Let's work together to help you feel and look your best. Followed by your consultation we will start on your service the same day. If you have any questions prior to purchasing the Groupon voucher please reach out to us first.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be done 24 hours in advance (the day before your appointment). Any cancellations not at least one day prior to your appointment will warrant a $25 cancellation fee. This fee must be paid prior to your next appointment. Late Arrivals: You have a 15-minute grace period past your appointment time. If you arrive after the 15-minute grace period, your appointment will be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee will be assessed. No one other than yourself is allowed at your appointment that includes kids. If you show up with a kid(s) your appointment will be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee will be assessed. Refund Policy: No refunds. No Exceptions. Everyone responds differently to different treatments. Slim Fit Beauty does not guarantee specific results. Expiration : All purchased packages and services must be used in a one year time frame from date of purchase.
